As a solo practitioner in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, I model my practice after that of the old-time family lawyer or doctor. As your advisor, I will base my advice on your personal goals as well as your legal position, helping you understand how the decisions you make can affect your future. If I think you will be better served by a specialist, I will not hesitate to say so.

Much of my practice involves family law, but I help people with a wide range of issues, including estate planning, bankruptcy, business and real estate. Please feel free to contact me. I will explain what I can do for you and explain my fee requirements; you will then have the opportunity to decide if we will make a good legal team. If my business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. do not work for you, we can schedule an evening appointment. If you cannot travel, I will make arrangements to meet you at your home or in the hospital.
